Welcome to my blog! I’m truly so excited and honoured that you’re here!

In this space, I want to create that kind of soul-filling conversation by sharing what’s really on my mind, and in my heart and soul. I want to stretch myself by publicly sharing what I’m thinking and feeling. I want to use this as a space to make sense of the thoughts and feelings I’m experiencing as I navigate motherhood, life and launching my own business. My intention is that through storytelling, you may see a piece of yourself too. While no two stories or people are the same, there is a sense of validation, realization and affirmation that one can achieve through storytelling that is unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced. It has helped me see parts of myself that were otherwise hidden.

You’ll notice I chose an image of birch trees above. The birch tree symbolizes rebirth, new beginnings and growth, which captures exactly where I am at right now as I launch my business. As I grow into a business owner and mother of a 9 and 5 year old, I am learning to use my voice to connect with others and empower others to find theirs.
